I run a shop or retail outlet can we stock your products?
Of course! We offer retail packs consisting of various blends ready for sale. With a minimum order value of just £50, we are affordable even for start-up businesses.
There is a problem with my order

To ensure that our dedicated trade team can resolve your query as soon as possible, please have all your details to hand including: order number, email address, order date, postcode and billing name. This will get things moving much faster for you and us, helping us to resolve your query as swiftly as possible.
I'm having trouble placing my order

In order for us to report any technical difficulties to our web developers we ask that, where possible, you attach a screenshot of any errors so that we can fix these as soon as possible for you.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery date of your goods will depend on the delivery service you select in the checkout. A rough guide below outlines our estimated delivery times (from the date of dispatch). Please note that order contents and exact delivery locations may affect the time it takes to deliver your order.
Economy Delivery – upto 3 working days for UK mainland orders and 10-14 working days for islands and Europe.
Priority Delivery – tracked delivery service. with an aim for next working days for UK mainland orders ONLY
Can i have a try first?
We love it when people want to try something new and we understand that sometimes you want to try a little before you try a lot.
We can offer 2 x 10g samples for our customers (delivery charges may apply). Simply email us with a list of the products you’d like to try, along with the name and address to send them to.
Are your products gluten free?
We supply a range of products that are internationally sourced from approved organic suppliers. Gluten as well as nuts, celery and mustard are handled on our sites.
Handling procedures are in place to reduce the likelihood of allergens being present, but we cannot guarantee our ingredients are totally free of traces in the products supplied.

Are your products organic?
We only use the highest quality organic products, but we as a company are not certified organic at this time. All items we do use are certified organic or natural (e.g himalyan salt), sourced from certified organic wholesalers.

Is your CBD legal?
You can rest assured that all our products are 100% legal within the UK and most of Europe.
What is CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is the second major cannabinoid found in cannabis plants like hemp and marijuana. Unlike the other major cannabinoid THC, CBD is non-psychoactive.
Will CBD help me with my illness?
All our products are sold as food or food supplements., we always recommend informing your medical consultant first.
Will I get high?
Simply put, no. The high most people attribute to cannabis comes from a compound found in the plant called THC. This compound is either untraceable in our products or falls below the legal requirements within the UK. The result one may experience from taking a large serving of CBD is relaxation throughout the body but no impairment or change in psychoactivity.
What does a CBD high feel like?
CBD is not psychoactive in the way that THC is psychoactive and it will not get you high. However CBD can have an effect on your mental state. Many users of CBD report feeling a very subtle feeling of relaxation, alertness, or mental clarity from taking CBD.
Can you overdose on CBD?
CBD has been shown to be safe to use in high doses. CBD will not cause a fatal overdose. However it is possible to take too much CBD. A consequence of taking too much CBD is the increased chance of negative side effects like lethargy or drowsiness.
Where does CBD come from?
CBD is produced inside cannabis plants. CBD is produced by both marijuana and hemp plants. CBD is mostly produced in the resinous trichomes of cannabis flowers. Smaller concentrations of CBD can be found on the stalk and leaves of cannabis plants.
What is the entourage effect?
The entourage effect is a the synergistic relationship of the naturally occurring compounds found in cannabis plants. The cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids found in cannabis have shown to work better when they are taken together as opposed to in isolation from each other.
